Six disciplines, one coordinated set

What we design.

From load-balanced single-line diagrams to clash-cleared Revit models, every MEPF discipline under one studio — code-current, audit-clean, site-ready from day one.

01 — Electrical
Discipline 01

Electrical

Power, lighting & low-voltage design — engineered to load, sized to grow.

We design HT/LT distribution networks end to end — from the incoming transformer or DG package down to the last 6A socket. Every load is calculated from first principles, every switchboard is sized with future diversity in mind, and every drawing is reviewed for site-buildability before it leaves the studio.

Deliverables

Single-line diagrams, MCB DB schedules, conduit & cable schedules with derating factors, lighting calculations & lux maps, earthing & lightning-protection layouts, equipment selection sheets, BOQ, and coordinated installation drawings to LOD 300.

02 — HVAC
Discipline 02

HVAC

Air-conditioning, ventilation & cooling — comfort that holds at peak load.

Heat-load calculations follow Carrier and Trane methodology; equipment is selected for part-load efficiency, not just nameplate tonnage. Duct routing respects ceiling reality first and pressure drop second, and BMS points are scoped early so commissioning isn't an afterthought.

Deliverables

Block & zone heat-load sheets, chiller / VRF / package selection, AHU and FCU sizing, duct sizing with velocity profiles & static pressure, fresh-air and IAQ scheme, BMS I/O lists and cause-and-effect, refrigerant-leak alarm coordination, and as-built Revit MEP families.

03 — Plumbing
Discipline 03

Plumbing

Water, drainage & fixtures — quietly correct, fully reticulated.

Domestic, flushing, hot, soft, fire and STP-treated water — every line is sized to demand units, every stack vented to spec, and every fixture connected with a service valve you can reach. Rainwater harvesting and recycled-water reuse are scoped into the network, not bolted on at the end.

Deliverables

Cold & hot water reticulation, soft-water treatment scheme, drainage stack & vent calculations, rainwater-harvesting layout with recharge pits, STP process & flow diagrams, pump & tank schedules, fixture-unit sheets, and detailed riser drawings.

04 — Fire-fighting
Discipline 04

Fire-fighting

Sprinklers, hydrants & alarms — NOC-ready on first submission.

Hydraulic calculations are run to NFPA 13 for every zone, hydrant systems are looped for redundancy, and the addressable fire-alarm cause-and-effect matrix is reviewed line by line with the client before submission. We liaise directly with the local fire NOC office through approval.

Deliverables

Sprinkler hydraulic calculations & node-by-node pressure sheet, wet & dry riser hydrant network, addressable fire-alarm network with cause-and-effect matrix, smoke-management & pressurisation, evacuation modelling, NOC drawing pack, and clarifications support.

05 — BIM
Discipline 05

BIM

Building Information Modeling — coordinated, clash-cleared, federation-ready.

Coordinated Revit modelling across Architecture, Structure and MEPF; clashes resolved in Navisworks before they become RFIs on site. Deliverables are tuned to your project's LOD requirement and exported in the formats your contractor and FM team actually use.

Deliverables

Federated Revit models (Arch + Struct + MEPF), Navisworks clash detection reports with resolution log, LOD 300/400 component libraries, IFC export, COBie data drops, 4D scheduling support, and family content authored to client standards.

06 — Green Building
Discipline 06

Green Building

LEED, IGBC & GRIHA consulting — credits chosen for projects, not brochures.

Pre-design gap analysis identifies the credits that pay off for your project's typology and climate zone. Energy modelling drives the design conversation; documentation is built up as the project moves, not assembled in a panic before submission.

Deliverables

Pre-design IGBC / LEED / GRIHA gap analysis, whole-building energy modelling (eQUEST, IES VE), daylight & glare studies, water-credit strategies, materials & resources documentation, accredited-professional submittals, and post-occupancy commissioning support.
